STEM Spark Solutions was founded on a simple idea. The Caribbean has the talent to solve its own energy and resilience challenges. It just needs the right tools, and people willing to build them.
We work across three connected areas: energy and infrastructure consulting, disaster resilience technology, and STEM education. In a region this exposed to climate risk, those three things do not stay separate for long. Founded by Dianne A. Plummer, P.E., CEM, and built on more than 15 years of energy policy and infrastructure resilience experience, we bring technical rigor to problems that are, at their core, deeply personal. This is home. We are not consulting from a distance.
