STEM Spark Solutions is an energy, resilience, and STEM consulting firm founded by Dianne A. Plummer, P.E., CEM, with more than 15 years of energy policy and infrastructure resilience experience. We help businesses, governments, and communities across Jamaica and the Caribbean strengthen their energy systems, prepare for climate risk, and build the STEM education pathways this region still needs.
We work across three connected areas: energy and infrastructure consulting, disaster resilience technology, and STEM education — because in a region this exposed to climate risk, those three things do not stay separate for long. This is home. We are not consulting from a distance.
